I have just read this in today's Irish Times. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the sheer stupidity and incompetence it shows. You would think someone would have copped onto it a lot sooner.

I really have to agree. It sounds like something you'd see in a shite American or Tan movie about Oirland -
"Quick lads! Dat feckin blackguard Prawo Jazdy's been spotted agin!" and all the gardai would spill out of the station and onto their pushbikes in pursuit down country lanes to the tune of a rousing Irish jig....
